Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on FactoWiki are affiliate links. Here's exactly what that means.
FactoWiki participates in affiliate programs. This means that when we link to a product and you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you reach the seller through our link or directly. Affiliate commissions are how this site is funded and how we are able to keep our guides free to read.
How affiliate links appear
Outbound links to products we may earn from are commercial links to the seller's official page. We do not bury these among the editorial content in a way designed to trick you into clicking, and this disclosure is provided so you always know a financial relationship may exist.
Why it doesn't change what we write
This is the part that matters most. An affiliate relationship never influences our assessment of a product. We describe ingredients, the strength of the evidence, dosing transparency, pricing and safety the same way whether or not a link earns us anything. In practice, several of our product guides point out weak evidence, hidden doses, safety concerns or better alternatives for products we link to — because that is what the research supported. We do not accept payment in exchange for a favourable write-up, and we do not remove criticism to protect a commission. Our full process is described in how we review supplements and our editorial policy.
Prices and terms change
Pricing, package options, bonuses and money-back guarantees are set by the sellers, not by us, and they change frequently. Any price or guarantee we mention is a snapshot, and we encourage you to confirm the current terms on the official product page before buying.
Your right to know
This disclosure is provided in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on transparency in endorsements. You have a right to know when a publisher may benefit financially from a recommendation, so that you can weigh that recommendation accordingly. We would rather earn your trust by being open about this than risk it by hiding it.
