Contact FactoWiki
We welcome questions, feedback, corrections and partnership enquiries. FactoWiki is an independent supplement-information publisher, and we read every message.
How to reach us
The fastest way to contact us is by email:
editorial@factowiki.com
We aim to respond within two to three business days. To help us reply quickly, please tell us which page you're writing about and what you need.
What you can contact us about
To help us route your message and reply quickly, please pick the reason that fits best and include the relevant page URL.
- Editorial corrections: if you believe something we've published is inaccurate or out of date, include the page URL, the exact statement you're questioning, and a reputable source if you have one (such as a PubMed study or an NIH/MedlinePlus page). Corrections are handled under our correction policy.
- Supplement page update requests: if a product's formula, price, guarantee or availability has changed, or you'd like us to cover a specific ingredient or product, tell us which page and what changed so we can re-check it against current sources.
- Affiliate disclosure questions: questions about how we make money, which links earn a commission, and how we keep that separate from our conclusions are welcome — background is in our affiliate disclosure.
- Source and citation questions: if you want to know which study or authority a statement is based on, or you think we've cited something incorrectly, ask and we'll point you to the source or review it. Our approach is set out in How We Review.
- General contact: anything else — feedback, partnership enquiries, or privacy requests (see our privacy policy).
Reporting a correction
Accuracy matters most for health content, so correction reports go to the top of our queue. Include the page, the exact statement you're questioning, and ideally a reputable source (such as a PubMed study or an NIH/MedlinePlus page). We review every submission, fix confirmed errors promptly, and note material corrections on the page.
An important note on medical advice
We do not provide personal medical advice. FactoWiki publishes general, educational information only and cannot comment on your individual health, diagnose a condition, or recommend a treatment for you. For urgent health concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional — or your local emergency service in an emergency. Before starting or stopping any supplement, please speak with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your situation and medications.
