FactoWiki

Best Supplement Guides & Product Comparisons

Each guide compares the products FactoWiki has reviewed in one category, using the same evidence-first criteria. The guides are desk-based, contain no affiliate purchase links, and say plainly when no product in a category has strong evidence.

How products are selected and ordered

  1. Human evidence for the main ingredients — systematic reviews and randomised trials measuring real outcomes.
  2. Meaningful, disclosed doses — whether studied ingredients appear near studied amounts.
  3. Formula transparency — one consistent label versus proprietary blends or conflicting versions.
  4. Safety and interactions.
  5. Category relevance — whether the formula matches its marketing.
  6. Marketing claims — unsupported or drug-like claims count against a product.
  7. Price, value and refund terms — considered last.

No numerical scores are used, and commissions do not affect order. Ingredient research is never treated as proof that a finished product works. Full details: how we review.
